To design and implement a congress system that could be used for hold formal Supreme Court hearings and less formal events such as conferences, training sessions, and ceremonial events. The task is difficult, paing attention on large number of workplaces and the complex requirements for the functionality of the congress system and also we should remember that the work of judges is extremely responsible. So we decided concentrate on the functionality, which necessary for work and decision-making.

We design the system which was to provide:

1. Teamwork with documents, files in electronic form. (Documents, evidence base, video and audio materials)

2. Output of documents, audio, video, textual information on presentation screens and individual workplaces

3. Unique functions of stenography and integration with the system of court decisions "Themis"

4. Simultaneous translation

5. Voting

6. Management of dialogue (giving the floor to speakers, implementation of regulations, etc.)

7. Background sound

8. Conference communication, and conducting meetings in the mode of conference communication

9. Demonstration of materials

10. Recording and saving meetings

The system was designed by Leater specialists in partnership with TAIDEN equipment distributor in Ukraine - AV-Pro. Integration with the court registration system was performed in partnership with SRS "Special Registration Systems".

As a result of the project implementation were installed:

1. 74 TAIDEN terminals at delegates' workplaces

2. 5 terminals of the Presidium and the Chairman.

3. Projector and motorized screen for presentation of visual materials and documents.

4. Equipment of workplaces for translators.

5. To ensure comfortable work conditions, a lighting control subsystem based on CRESTRON equipment and using motorized blinds. We also implemented management equipment for climate control system .

6. A special administrator's workplace is equipped for technical support and administration of the complex system

7. TAIDEN videocameras, which have a function of focusing on a speaker, provide conference calls or broadcast meetings or reports

8. Bosch's background sound system provides quality sound.

9. Authorization of delegates and voting in decision-making takes place using RF ID cards.

10. Development of the project, passing of examination, performance of works on laying of communications, installation of the equipment, commissioning and testing of all systems was executed by experts of Leater.
